ABOUT US

• We do ship for orders over $300.00 at the customer’s expense.

A QUOTE
• Send your artwork, types, quantity, and colors to internationalembroidery@yahoo.com.
• We will send you a quote with a proof.
• Respond back to the quote with your decision.
• We will schedule a time for you to pay for half or all of your order.
• Once payment is received, we will start your order.
• We generally ask for seven days for completion. However, we typically get the work done much sooner.
• We will call you to pick your merchandise up and for final payment once your order is complete.

THE BASICS
• We have a 12 shirt minimum order. (One location, One Color)
• We require that at least 50% of your order be paid when submit your order.
o The balance is required once you receive the items.
We require a seven day minimum turnaround (Exceptions are given when available). This time period begins when all blank goods have been received at our docks and the final art files have been approved. If a shorter time period than seven days for production is required, a rush charge will be added to the general fees.
• RUSH ORDER RATES
• Same day add 60% (Prior approval required)
• 1 day turn around add 40%
• 2 day turn around add 25%
• 3 day turn around add 10%

SIDES AND SIZES
• If an additional side is required, a setup fee will be charged in the amount $20.00 per image separated by color.
o In addition, we charge .45 cents per shirt on the additional side for sizes from SM to XL.
• The items are based up to size XL. The price for sizes over XL will have an additional cost of $1.50 per size increase/shirt.
• If you bring your own shirt, we charge $6.00 per shirt for screen-printing and we do not guarantee the work. The $6.00 per shirt is only for two colors on one side.
o If you bring your own item, we do not guarantee the work as errors are possible.
o If you use our items, we guarantee the work because it can easily
be replaced.

EMBROIDERY SETUP AND PRODUCTION FEES:
Minumum $35.00 digatizing fee.

SCREEN PRINTING PRODUCTION SETUP FEES

SPOT COLOR SCREEN SETUPS: $25 per screen
- one screen setup is needed for each spot color to be printed
- includes emulsion, block-out touchups, taping
- includes on-press registration and a test print color strike-off

ARTWORK
• If artwork is needed, our Designer charges $35.00 per hour.
• We charge $25.00 per hour for color separation on items with more than two colors that are not separated.
• If you have a design, please send it to us via jpeg or gif via email and we will send you a quote.

HEAT PRESS
We offer a less expensive option of Apparel Printing called Heat Press. This is a high-quality press-on machine.
• This is excellent for printing photos on apparel and fading options.
• Our Heat Press prices start at $8.00 per item if we provide the item.
• If you bring the item, we charge $6.00 per item.
• We can typically provide this service within four days or less.
• There is a NO MINIMUM ORDER on the HEAT PRESS SERVICE

ERRORS
• We offer quality material and print services.
• We do allow for a 2% error percentage on light-colored apparel.
• We do allow for a 4% error percentage on dark-colored apparel.
• If you find errors on more than the stated, please bring it to our attention.
• We will fix any errors above our stated error percentage or refund the difference.

CUSTOM NAMES / PERSONALIZATION: $4.00 per name application
INK COLOR CHANGE DURING A PRINT RUN: $10 per color change
PMS COLOR MATCHING: $25 per color
INK COLOR CHANGES - $10.00 per change
CUSTOM INK MIX - $12.50 per color
